2025 Winnebago County boat launch use permits will be available for purchase online in January.
Permits can be purchased in-person at the following locations:
Festival Foods
2415 Westowne Ave., Oshkosh
Fish Tales Bait & Tackle
4050 County Hwy A, Oshkosh
Winnebago County Clerks Office
112 Otter Ave., Oshkosh
Winnebago County Parks Department
625 E. County Road Y, Oshkosh
Replacement Permits are available at the Parks office or the County Clerk's office. You must bring in your old permit to receive a new permit. Peel it off your windshield as well as you can and bring in the pieces.
