Public Access to County Buildings Limited Starting at 4:30p March 20, 2020
As of the end of business today, March 20, 2020, public access to many county buildings will be limited to appointment only. Phone numbers in large print will be posted at public entrances for all departments in the building. We are open by appointment only. The public is encouraged to call to make appointments and check accessibility to services. Individuals should contact their worker directly or use the general number 920-236-4700.
Mortgage Assistance for Winnebago County
Homeowners in Winnebago County who were impacted financially by COVID-19 may qualify for assistance to pay their mortgage. Applicants must demonstrate that they were current on their home loan as of March 1, 2020 and due to the pandemic, they have fallen behind. To qualify, they must live fulltime in the home within Winnebago County, and be the person responsible for the mortgage. Applications will be accepted between September 1 – October 15, 2020.
