- Strong Bodies - A simple scripted, evidence-based program that improves bone density, balance, and strength for participants 55+.
- Stepping On - A community-based falls prevention program aimed at educating participants and building confidence to reduce and eliminate falls.
- Tai Chi - Gain serenity and strength through gentle, flowing poses and movements. Tai Chi has been proven to reduce falls, enhance balance, improve stability, and more.
- Mind Over Matter - A program to help women over 50 build the skills they need to avoid or improve symptoms of incontinence.
- NEW CLASS!! Bingocize - Learn and use health information focused on falls reduction and improved nutrition while playing Bingo!
