People sentenced to the Winnebago County Jail and given instructions from the Court to contact the facility to establish a report date should report within 72 hours of sentencing. Report to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Office, Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 AM and 3:30 PM. You will also need to review and fill out the Electronic Monitoring (GPS) set-up packet and bring it with you when you report.
Bonds/Fines Payments
Bond posted at the Winnebago County Jail can only be accepted in person and cannot be completed online or over the phone. A photo ID is required. Acceptable forms of payment are cashier's checks, credit/debit cards, or cash (exact change). NO MONEY ORDERS. There is no additional fee for cashier's checks or cash. If you pay by credit/debit card, PayGOV.us charges an additional 8.5% convenience fee. The owner of the credit card must be present.
Work Release Unit
People sentenced to jail time and given instructions from the court to report within 72 hours of sentencing should contact the Work Release Unit to establish a report date. Contact WRU Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am-3:30pm at 920-232-1919. The Work Release Unit is located at: 4311 Jackson St Oshkosh, WI 54901.
Huber Info
Print a copy of the Huber application. Be sure to have all of the information filled in before reporting to the Winnebago County Jail.
GPS Info
Print a copy of the Electronic Monitoring (GPS) set-up packet, (GPS Application). Be sure to have all of the information filled in before reporting to the Winnebago County Jail.
Visitation
- Inmate visitation will be facilitated through video only.
- Inmates will be responsible for scheduling visitation.
