How do I apply?

Individuals interested in applying can apply in the following ways:

  • Contact the East Central Call Center at 1-888-256-4563, Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 8am-4pm, Thurs 12pm-4pm
    • Apply for benefits
    • Report a change
    • Complete a renewal
    • Ask a question
  • Online via ACCESS
    • Changes can also be reported via ACCESS
  • Apply in person during our Lobby Hours 8:00am - 4:30pm

(The reception staff will register requests for assistance and give options on how customers can make an application.)

What is ChildCare Certification?

Childcare certification establishes standards for childcare providers to promote the health, safety, and welfare of the children in their care. Regulation of a childcare provider assures that the home, legal background, health and physical site are within specific guidelines.
