Make a Payment
For Winnebago County cases only - pay fines, court costs, or fees online. We do not accept payments for Civil or Small Claims judgments, please pay the creditor directly.
Online payments may be made at Pay Fees Online with a MasterCard, Visa, or an electronic check; or at PayGov.US (click "Make a Payment" in upper right corner) with a Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Non-refundable convenience fees will be automatically added.
The Clerk of Courts office accepts the following payments in person: cash, check or money order, and MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express; a 3% convenience fee will be automatically added to credit card payments. Payments by check or money order are also accepted by mail.
