Economic Justice Institute - University of Wisconsin Law School

The Economic Justice Institute is home to UW Law School's civil, anti-poverty clinical programs.  Several programs are available to the public:

Consumer Law Clinic - focuses on consumer debt defense, earnings/wage garnishment, and unfair debt collection.  Appointments available.
Family Court Clinic - provides assistance to low-income, unrepresented individuals who have simple family law matters in Wisconsin.
Immigrant Justice Clinic - provides legal services to Wisconsin's underserved immigrant community.
Neighborhood Law Clinic - focuses on rental housing and employment law issues.
