Mind Over Matter

A program to help women over 50 build the skills they need to avoid or improve symptoms of incontinence.

This program has three separate classes in the series and participants should attend all three.

The classes will be on October 16, October 30, and November 13 from 9-11am

Tai Chi

Gain serenity and strength through gentle, flowing poses and movements. Tai Chi has been proven to reduce falls, enhance balance, improve stability, and more.

This class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30-10:30am from November 7th-December 17th. 

Specific class dates are as follows: 

November 7, 12, 14, 19, 21

December 3, 5, 10, 12, 17

This class is scheduled on Tuesdays/Thursdays from 10-11am from September 24th- November 26
