COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Oshkosh Senior Center! 

Mondays October 3rd, 17th and 31st from 9am - 1pm 

- Free and open to the community! No ID or insurance required.
- Offering Pfizer and Moderna to those over the age of 6 months.
- Offering Novavax and Johnson & Johnson to those over the age of 18.
- Vaccine type is subject to availability.
- Parent or guardian must be present if under 18.
- Additional and booster doses available for eligible individuals. Please bring your vaccine card.
- Masks are required for entry.
