StrongBodies combines stretches and weights to help improve flexibility, movement, pain, and muscle & Bone density. The class meets twice a week for 8-12 weeks. No need to be a YMCA member to participate.

- Free and open to the community! No ID or insurance required.
- Offering Pfizer and Moderna and Updated Boosters to eligible individuals.
- Offering Novavax and Johnson & Johnson to those over the age of 18.
- Vaccine type is subject to availability.
- Parent or guardian must be present if under 18.
- Additional and booster doses available for eligible individuals. Please bring your vaccine card. - Masks are required for entry.
