2-1/2 hour classes once a wekk for 6 weeks
For adults with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes

Designed to increase confidence in managing diabetes by:

Learning to deal with the symptoms of diabetes
Discovering appropriate exercise & healthy eating strategies
Learning to work with physicians, dieticians & diabetic educators
