Wellness Plus Classes are designed to help you age well, be active, manage chronic conditions, and prevent falls. Classes are researched, tested, and proven to help you self-manage your health. This class uses basic, fluid movements to help improve balance, stability and mental health. Movements can be adapted for those with walkers or canes.

Tai Chi at Riverside park will be held on Wednesdays from July 9, 2025 thru August 13, 2025 from 9:30-10:30am.

The class at the Omro Area Community Center is on Mondays & Thursdays from 9:30-10:30am. The class will run from May 8th, 2025 to July 31st, 2025.

Participants DO NOT need to be a YMCA member to participate at the YMCA location. The classes at the Y are held Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10-11 am until June 26, 2025

Strong Bodies at Winneconne Highlands Senior living community is held on Monday and Thursday from 10:30am-11:30am. This class will be held until June 30th.
