StrongBodies is an evidence based strength training and falls prevention class aimed at adults over the age of 55. StrongBodies combines stretches and weights to help improve flexibility, movement, pain, and muscle & Bone density. The class meets twice a week for 8-12 weeks. No need to be a YMCA member to participate.
