FVMP Memory Cafe' - River Tyme Bistro

Memory Cafe's welcome persons experiencing memory loss, along with family and friends who love and care for them. Attendees participate in activities, learning, music, conversation, refreshments, laughter and fun. Registrations are welcome but not required unless stated on the FVMP calendar. Please see the FVMP website for the monthly calendar that provides a description on all of the cafes throughout the Fox Valley each month. 

The Memory Cafe at the River Thyme Bistro is held the first and third Thursdays of the month 1:30-3pm.

Memory Cafe' at Mosquito Hill

Mosquito Hill Nature Center N3380 Rogers Road, New London Wednesday, July 14 – 1:30 – 3:00p

We're talking blue today! Bluebirds make their homes in boxes all around the nature center. Staff Naturalist, Adam Brandt, will talk about these beautiful birds and how to encourage them to be a part of our community. Of course, we'll have music, laughter, and enjoy welcoming friends, old and new to our cafe!

Caregiver Support Poetry Event

Poetry Reading

On July 14th at 10 AM, Fox Valley Memory Project will host author Leota Ester for a reading of her book “Crossing: A Caregiver’s Journey”. Register by July 5th to receive a free copy of the poetry book delivered to your home in advance of the event. Registrations received after July 5th will receive their book at the event. The event will take place at the Goodwill Community Campus at 1800 Appleton Road, Menasha, WI.
