- Provides home delivered meals to homebound individuals in Winnebago County who are age 60 and older. Spouses of these individuals are also able to get a meal. Donations are encouraged, but not required. Advocap delivers meals to any part of the county. FoodShare
Formerly known as Food Stamps, FoodShare is a financially based program that provides a monthly deposit on a debit card, also known as an EBT or Quest card, to purchase food.
