Project Lifesaver is a radio tracking system designed for people with a diagnoses that involve a wandering risk such as Dementia, Alzheimer's, Autism and Down Syndrome. This program is available in all of Winnebago County. For details, click on the link above.

The Purple Tube Program utilizes a purple tube filled with important papers that is placed in the home, providing easy and quick access to specific information about the individual on how to best care for their needs in the event of an emergency. Rebuilding Together Fox Valley

Rebuilding Together Fox Valley is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that makes critical home modifications and repairs to income-qualified homeowners and nonprofit organizations, at no cost to them. Their volunteers make homes safe and healthy, and they help individuals age in place. They give special priority to older adults, people living with disabilities, families with children, and veterans.
