Join us for some fun games and crafts. We will be making a St. Patrick’s Day fabric wreath, along with some fun games to get us in the spirit for St. Patrick’s Day.

From lowering stress hormones to increasing the feel-good endorphins, studies have shown that laughing can help improve a person’s health. Even fake laughter can have these great health benefits. Join special guest Joanne Murphy-Spice from the Winnebago County Health Department for our very own Laughter Yoga practice! Laughter Yoga starts out as breathing, clapping, and fake laughing but usually ends with everyone smiling and genuinely laughing together.

Therapy Dog vs Service Dog - while both serve humans, they are often confused. Join Jan Bitter, and her dog Sadie, for a special presentation that explains the difference between the two, and the training that is needed. In addition, Jan will discuss the Read to a Dog program and what that entails. Sadie will be so happy to see you!
