Appleton West is having a veterans' day ceremony on Friday November the 11th. The information about the ceremony is in this form. If people fill it out, it will give us a better idea of how many people to expect, but it is not a requirement to attend. There is a spot in the form that can be filled with the names of veterans who have passed. They are recognized in the ceremony.
