The Black Wolf Boat Launch is located on the west side of Lake Winnebago. This landing offers a four-lane concrete ramp, loading pier, break wall, and large parking lot. While there is no direct swimming access here, testing E Coli at various access points across Lake Winnebago gives boaters and other water users a better idea of how water quality can vary across the Fox River Basin within our county.
