Healthy Living with Diabetes Classes

• 2-1/2 hour classes once a wekk for 6 weeks
• For adults with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes

Designed to increase confidence in managing diabetes by:

• Learning to deal with the symptoms of diabetes
• Discovering appropriate exercise & healthy eating strategies
• Learning to work with physicians, dieticians & diabetic educators

Research shows participants:
