In an effort to be fair to all of our clients, it is our policy to respond to client contact in the order in which it is received.
- Daily walk-in hours are from 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
During this time, Code Enforcement Officers make an effort to be in the office to assist our walk-in clients with questions.
If staff members are with a walk-in client, is possible that they will not be available to answer phone calls. Please leave a message - your call will be returned in the order it was received.
- From 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Our staff members are routinely in and out of the office performing required "in-the-field" duties. During these hours, walk-in clients should not expect to meet with a staff member.
When in the office, staff may be responding to other inquiries or be on a call with another client. If no one is available to take your call, please leave a message - your call will be returned in the order it was received.
To enable our staff to be better prepared when returning your call speak clearly and provide the following information:
- your name
- telephone number
- the purpose of your call
- a parcel tax I.D. number or address
Note: during peak construction season, at holidays, or when numerous staff members are out of the office, there may be a delay in returning your call. Your patience would be greatly appreciated.
