Pregnant / New Mom Services

Free services for pregnant women, new moms, babies, and children offered are:

  • New Mom/Baby Visits: provides a visit to a mother and her newborn to provide education and answer questions, as well as growth and development information, immunization information and referral to other health and community resources.
  • Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC): A free nurse service that helps pregnant women get information on pregnancy, labor and delivery, how to care for a new baby, prepare for parenthood and access resources for work, child care, housing, food, medical and dental care and more.

  • Child Care Consultation: a nurse provides health education and monitoring of immunizations, communicable diseases, food safety, and injury prevention for child care children, parents, and staff.
  • Injury Prevention: learn about safety issues for infants like car seat safety, safe sleep, and more
