
Free services for pregnant women, new moms, babies, and children offered are:
- New Mom/Baby Visits: provides a visit to a mother and her newborn to provide education and answer questions, as well as growth and development information, immunization information and referral to other health and community resources.
Prenatal Care Coordination (PNCC): A free nurse service that helps pregnant women get information on pregnancy, labor and delivery, how to care for a new baby, prepare for parenthood and access resources for work, child care, housing, food, medical and dental care and more.
- Child Care Consultation: a nurse provides health education and monitoring of immunizations, communicable diseases, food safety, and injury prevention for child care children, parents, and staff.
- Injury Prevention: learn about safety issues for infants like car seat safety, safe sleep, and more
