The Older Adult Collaborative within Winnebago County - is made up of dedicated community and healthcare professionals who have concerns about how the needs of our aging population are being met within Winnebago County. Our mission is to be a catalyst for community change regarding the concerning issues within the aging population. Our goals are to work collaboratively with our community and those who work with the aging population to identify and advocate for change to reduce identified gaps. Anyone interested in this collaborative group are welcome to join us.
