Vaccination Clinics

Thank you for your interest in helping out at our COVID-19 vaccination clinics!  

Please complete the following steps, and we will be in touch via email or phone. 

Step 1: Complete this survey regarding your availability and experience. *There are needs for non-medical professionals and unique locations such as administrative, tech skills, outside traffic controllers. If you are willing to volunteer a few hours (non-paid) we'd welcome you to fill out our form.   

Step 2: Register with the Wisconsin Emergency Assistance Volunteer Registry (WEAVR), which includes a basic license and background check. If you have already completed this registration for another volunteer opportunity or job, there is no need to do it again.

Step 3: Stay informed on vaccine data, research and distribution plans by visiting the Wisconsin DHS Vaccine wepage and signing up for our Situation Updates.
