Staff provides service coordination, support, funding, and links to resources for families who have children aged birth to 18, and to individuals aged 18-23, who meet eligibility for needing Long Term Support. Eligible persons usually have a physical, developmental or emotional disability that severely affects their ability to function independently at home, school, and in the community.
