CBRF stands for Community Based Residential Facility. Summit House is a State licensed facility where individuals have their own bedroom, but share all other living areas. The goal of Summit House is to provide a safe and stable environment for indivudals experiencing a crisis in their life. This facility and service functions as a diversion facility for individuals who might otherwise be hospitalized in a general or specialty hospital for psyciatric reasons.
