Healthy Living with Diabetes Classes
- 2-1/2 hour classes once a wekk for 6 weeks
- For adults with Type 2 diabetes or pre-diabetes
Designed to increase confidence in managing diabetes by:
- Learning to deal with the symptoms of diabetes
- Discovering appropriate exercise & healthy eating strategies
- Learning to work with physicians, dieticians & diabetic educators
